Good afternoon and hello! Our class just finished their first week of M.A.P.S. testing and all went well.
Don't forget the 4th grade field trip on Tuesday, October 12th. We will be leaving the school around 8:30 a.m.and returning to school around 1:00 p.m. Please remember to pack a sack lunch for your child and bring something to drink. It is very important to pay attention to the weather and dress accordingly. We will be outside for most of the day. (Note: While the 4th graders are at the Metra for the NILE, the 3rd graders will still be having regular classes.)
The Yellowstone Art Museum will also be coming to our classroom October 12th. This is a special presentation the museum does to help spark the interest of Art in our young students. It is a great presentation!
Elder Grove has an early out scheduled for Wednesday, October 13th at 1:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly. Remember Elder Grove does have an after school program on the early out days to help those parents with transportation and supervision issues. Contact the office to sign up.
