Hello Parents,
I hope you are all staying nice and warm. It is very cold out there, so remind your child to please dress warmly because if it is above 5 degrees, they will be going outside.
This Friday for "I Love to Read" month is sweats day. Have your child wear their sweats to school. Don't forget to mark your calendars for the 24th of February! It's Family Reading Night at Elder Grove. The doors will open at 5:30 to 6:30 pm for a fabulous FREE chili dinner, put on by the EGPA. Then at 6:30 to 8:00 pm there will be great reading activities to do with the children. I hope to see everyone there! This should be a great night full of family time fun. Please come and join us.
This Friday is also our Valentine's Day party from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. Please have your child bring their valentines by Friday to pass out to students. I sent home a list of names for the class last Friday, but if you need another one please let me know.
