This week we will still be reading the novel, “The Whipping Boy”. This is a difficult book for the students but lots of fun! We create some great art projects with this novel. The setting is in Middle Ages and the language is Old English. It is a difficult read that really challenges the students, but they will love it. Last week we completed a webquest about King Arthur. This week groups will present the information they found to the class.

Math 3rd grade
This
week we are still working on solids and polygons. We will be completing an in-class project that
involves higher level thinking skills, solids, polygons, and adding
decimals. There will be no homework this
week. Please check your child’s planner
nightly.
Social Studies 3rd and
4th grade We are learning about different regions of the United
States. We are creating a book that
contains information about the different region and states. Students should not have homework. They
are given time in class to do their assignment. If they do have homework
it is because they did not finish it in class. Please check your child's
