Good Afternoon Parents,
I hope you all have had a wonderful and exciting summer. I have greatly enjoyed the time I have spent with my family this summer. We went on many adventures together and created wonderful lasting memories.
I am so glad to be back at school! I hope you can all make it to the Elder Grove open house on Monday, August 20th from 5:30 to 8:00. Our barbecue with start at 5:30 and continue throughout the night. The 3rd grade teachers will begin their presentation at 6:00. There will be two sessions, you only have to attend one.
Session 1 6:00 to 6:30
Session 2 7:00 to 7:30
Between the session times, the teachers will be in their rooms to answer any questions that you might have. You may always bring your child's school supplies that night to hang up in the hallway. Please don't put their supplies away yet in their desks, we will do that the first day of school.
I look forward to meeting all of you who are new to the district and also seeing all those familiar faces again. Have a great last week of summer!
