·      Tuesday folders will go home on March 26th.  Please sign and return them March 27th.

·      Report cards will go home Tuesday, March 26th.

Spelling Words:              

 No Spelling this week due to a short week.  We will be study vocabulary words for the novel Anne Frank.

Reading Class  - AR required points for 4th quarter is 20 point.

·        20 points this quarter for AR points in any genera.  If your child earns 20 points this quarter they will be able to participate in the AR pizza party at the end of the quarter.  If they go above 20 points and earn 25 then they also receive a pop at the party.

This week in Reading our class will starting the novel Anne Frank.  During this novel we will be working on the following skills:

·       Comprehension questions

·       Vocabulary words

·       Contractions

·       Antonyms

·       Prefixes

·       To, Too, Two

·       Suffixes

·       Using commas correctly

·       Dictionary skills

Math Class       

My Math class will be continuing on our fraction unit.  We will be comparing fractions with <,>, or = symbols and using fraction bars.

Social Studies

 This week in social studies the class will be learning all about the history of Billings, Montana. We will be discussing how Billings became a town and also working in the computer lab to research other historical topics.  We will also be starting the 3 branches of government.
