This week in reading our class will be working
on a proofreading unit for English. We will also be starting a unit on Harriet
Tubman for non-fiction reading comprehension. The skills involved with this nonfiction unit
will be paragraph writing, finding topic sentences with supporting details, and
sequencing.
Math Class
My Math class this week is finishing their
division unit and moving onto fractions.

Social
Studies
I will have my homeroom for Social Studies for
the next 6 weeks. The class will be
learning all about communities and the 3 branches of government. We will be creating a community book that
follows the standards for this subject.
We will also be studying the history of Billings during this time.
