·      Tuesday folders will go home on the 13th of May, please return them on the 14th.

·      MAPS testing May 12^th-May 16^th

·      Field trip to Sundance Lodge Rec Center on Tuesday, May 13^th.  Please bring a sack lunch with a drink.

·      K-4 Track Meet @ 1:00 on Friday, May 16^th.

 

Spelling Words:   No spelling this week.

 

Reading Class  - AR required points for 4th quarter is 25 point.

My reading class will be reading the book, The Whipping Boy. While reading this novel we will also be working on comprehension skills, vocabulary, reviewing the parts of speech, literary elements, and completing some fun art projects.

 

Math Class 

My Math class this week will be finishing our fraction unit.  We will be starting on unit on time and measurement.

Social Studies

I will have Mr. Leintz’s class for Social Studies for the next 6 weeks.  The class will be learning all about communities and the 3 branches of government.  We will be creating a community book that follows the standards for this subject.  We will also be studying the history of Billings during this time.
