Math 3rd grade
We are now working on multiplication with 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10. There will be flashing cards coming home to help your child memorize these facts. Please go over these flashcards nightly. There will be a parent sign off sheet for you to sign. Please sign this sheet every night and return to school so your child can get credit for practicing their homework. Only a few flashcards will come home nightly to study. Practice those and send them back.
Science 3rd and 4th gradeI have just started with Mrs. Kangas homeroom class. We are learning about the Earth and what makes up the Earth. This week we will be going over the layers of the Earth and what is in them. Students should not have homework. They are given time in class to do their assignment. If they do have homework it is because they did not finish it in class. Please check your child's planner nightly.
