- Tuesday Folders will go home Tuesday, February 10th, please sign and return them Wednesday, February 11th with your child’s reading log and flash card sheet.
- Early Out on Wednesday, February 11th @ 1:00.
- Valentine’s Day party Friday, February 13th at 2:00. The girls will bring the treats this time.

Reading Class - AR required points for 3rd quarter is 15
point. 5 points must be non-fiction.
My Reading class is continuing their non-fiction
unit. We will be starting the novel Who
was Marco Polo. This unit also includes
vocabulary skills, comprehension questions, English skills, and cause/effect.
Math Class
My Math class is learning about division. They will be learning all the different
strategies to help them with their division facts. During this unit they are required to study
their multiplication and division flash cards nightly. This is for
credit. Please sign your child’s flash
card parent signature sheet every night and
return it to school on Wednesdays along with their reading logs.
Social
Studies
We will be starting our Social Studies unit this
week on communities and the three branches of government. This unit will continue for four weeks. The students this week will be learning about
the history of Billings. We will be
using the Kunos to look up important information about Billings to create a
brochure of our findings.
